COMPANY
HISTORY
CHEQ-IT
Ltd. was founded in 1992 by Ray Huska. Since inception,
CHEQ-IT, through dedication to product development
and systems upgrading, has developed from being
a supplier of cheque printing software and hardware
to also being a leading edge provider of Electronic
Funds Transfer capability. In 2004, CHEQ-IT completed
a public placement financing, and trades on the
TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CQT.

spent 18 years in the banking industry, before
establishing the Computer Options group of
companies, a distributor of computer equipment
across Western Canada and Ontario in the
1980’s. He has since been the driving
force behind the expansion and development
of CHEQ-IT.

Glenn
has more than 20 years experience in both
the hardware and software aspects of the
technology business. His expertise ranges
from direct development, sales, marketing,
and support of computer related products
to operations, logistics and corporate management.

With
over 20 years experience as a computer systems
specialist, Mike was instrumental in the
original development of the CHEQ-IT Cheque
Printing Software, and the continuing
development, updates and enhancement of the
company's products.
